أعلنت لجنة متابعة العمل الحكومي، مساء الأربعاء، اعتماد برنامج التشغيل الموقت (صمود)، المقترح مِن قِبل وزارة العمل لتعزيز صمود الخريجين في ظل التحديات وموجة البطالة التي تعصف بهم خاصةً مع استمرار الحصار الإسرائيلي المفروض على قطاع غزة للعام السادس عشر على التوالي.
بدوره كشف وكيل وزارة العمل الفلسطينية بغزة م. إيهاب الغصين، تفاصيل البرنامج المُعلن عنه، خلال تصريحاتٍ صحفية تابعتها
: إن “برنامج التشغيل صمود تم تقديمه للحكومة في غزة”.
وأضاف: “تقوم فكرة البرنامج على تشغيل 600 خريج من حَملة درجتي البكالوريوس والدبلوم، لمدة ثلاثة أشهر بشكلٍ دوري، على أن يتم استهداف المستفيدين بالتعاون مع النقابات والجمعيات الأهلية والقطاع الخاص”.
وأشار إلى أن الهدف من برنامج “صمود” هو إكساب الخريجين المهارات والقدرات؛ لإثبات جدارتهم في السوق المحلي للاستفادة منهم على الوجه المطلوب، لافتًا إلى أنه سيتم اختيار جميع التخصصات لتلبية حاجة ومتطلبات السوق بالتعاون مع الجهات المختلفة”.
وبيّن أنه سيتم اختيار المستفيدين من محافظات قطاع غزة كافة، وستكون الأولوية للباحثين عن العمل المُسجلين عبر موقع وزارة العمل للتسجيل
ضمن القائمة الوطنية، مشيرًا إلى أنه سيبدأ العمل بالبرنامج بعد عيد الفطر المبارك وسيباشر المستفيدون العمل رسميًا نهاية شهر مايو المقبل.
